Back to an Orange Shell :)

Well, Mark's Z06 is back to a shell of its former self -- literally :)

The engine is out didn't have one ounce of anything in the oil.  Perfect.  It hurts a little pulling a perfectly running engine but better to be safe than sorry:

The TH400 from RPM never skipped a beat but, again, better to have it gone through and make sure everything is 100% for the spring:

The turbo is on its way back to Tial to get upgraded so I didn't get a pic of it prior to being boxed up.  I will take a few once it gets back for sure :)

Getting Ready for 2011 :)

You really didn't think we were going to be OK with running low low 8's did you??

Steve's C6 Update

Steve decided to add a cam into the mix so we are waiting on the cam to arrive to button things up on the install.  The cool thing is instead of crossing over into the 600rwhp range the cam addition will jump power into the upper 600rwhp range :)

In the mean-time, here she is waiting for the cam to arrive:

Steve's 2009 C6

Steve dropped off his 2009 C6 off for us to add his Vette into our growing collection of 600+rwhp cars.  To that end, we are installing an A&A Supercharger kit and a set of Kooks 1 7/8" Long-tube Headers and a tune.

Here is the last pic of it with just bolt-on's:

Paul's C5 Clutch

Paul broke his clutch in a way we are not sure we have ever seen before:

The disc face itself isn't all that bad but it just physically broke-apart lol.  Guess all that power we added a few months ago was too much for it :)  The brand new GM LS7 replacement is on its way and then it will be back on its feet and back out on the road.

Jim's Kenne Bell SRT8 Challenger -- Finished Pics

We finished Jim's Challenger SRT8 yesterday.  We uploaded the tune via a Diablosport Predator and she fired right up and sounded awesome :)  The Kenne Bell looks incredible under the hood and we can't wait to get it strapped down on the dyno to get some numbers!  All that is left is the install of the exhaust cut-outs and it will be ready to do a few pulls.  Stay tuned!

Here are a few engine bay pics in the mean-time:

Jim's TBSS Engine Build

The engine is back!  Here are a few pics before she starts to go all together:

Cliff's Corvette Going Home :)

Cliff picked up his C5 yesterday and can't wait to come back for more goodies this winter :)

The Valve Cover Says It All...

C5 Clutch Replacement

Paul unfortunately had to tow his C5 into us for a transmission / clutch problem.  After a diagnosis today, it looks like a new clutch is in order.  Clutch will be here soon and we will get this great-looking Vette back on the road before the snow flies :)

C5 Diff Install

Todd's C5 is up in the air waiting on his Diff to get back from RPM Transmissions this week.  With any luck we will have him back on the road this weekend :)

Fore Performance Triple-Pump Fuel Hat

What do you need to provide enough fuel to feed a LSx 427 with our IPS Twin-Turbo Kit in a 2010 Camaro SS? Here it is:

Fore Performance provided us the great-looking, and great-fitting Triple-pump fuel hat to fuel our big-power and big-boost Camaro SS.  With three Walbro 255's we will have plenty of fuel too keep up with all that boost :)

Here is a pic installed in the fuel tank:

Jim's 2010 Supercharged Challenger SRT8

Jim dropped off his 2010 6-Speed Challenger SRT8 for us to install a Kenne Bell Supercharger Kit and then install a pair of electronic cut-outs.  This is a great looking car in the plumb-crazy purple with carbon-fiber accents and we can't wait to see what kind of power it puts down.

Here are a few blower install pics:

Here are a couple more with the blower on:

Stay tuned for power numbers!

Cliff Procharged C5 Corvette

Cliff dropped off his Procharged C5 Corvette for us to remove the blower and correctly install a new supercharger belt.  While here, we installed a pair of AEM boost and Wide-band O2 gauges.  Installed in an Autometer dual-pod the AEM gauges compliment the Vette's interior nicely.  In addition, we did a synthetic fluid change on everything in the car -- even the brakes with ATE Super-blue brake fluid.

This is one of the cleanest C5's we have ever had the pleasure of working on and can't wait to see it back this winter for a few more go-fast goodies :)

Akrapovic Titanium Axle-back on ZR1

Just a few quick pics of Akrapovic's silly light and aggressive-looking axle-back system on a client's 2009 ZR1:

Terri's 2010 SS -- Always Looking For More :)

We installed Roto-Fab's new SC Cold-Air Intake Kit and then re-tuned the car on our in-house DynoJet.  With a few pulls done and the tune properly adjusted this incredibly-clean SS broke the 500rwhp mark!

Great Car, great CAI Kit, and great tuning = great results :)
